Regarding the mass of light (that has been brought up by Mr Sim)
Well, let put it this way. Light does not have proper mass. Photon is a massless particle but it has momentum and energy. And in this course we are more concern about the proper mass and not the relativistic mass.
And of course, through out this course, when 'mass' (such as mass of an electron) is mentioned, it is the proper mass unless it is stated as relativistic mass.
